SKH Management LP, an oil and gas exploration firm, renewed its headquarters lease of 21,395 square feet at 7700 San Felipe Road in West Houston. The building is a five-story, 100,015-square-foot office building at the intersection of San Felipe and Voss Roads. Close to major thoroughfares and residential areas, the hexagonal shaped building offers a reflecting pool, a fountain at the entry, and incredible views of Buffalo Bayou. In addition, there is a 5-story split-level garage connected to the building by a two-level covered walkway. Doug Little of PM Realty Group in Houston represented the landlord, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio, in lease negotiations.
