Remke Markets Cuts Deal

Local Market Chain Buys Cox Avenue Address

Remke Markets, a Kentucky-based food market chain, purchased 1299 Cox Ave. in Erlanger, KY for $1.885 million from the International Knife & Saw Co. This 83,000-square-foot flex facility will be the new administrative headquarters for Remke Markets, which will occupy the entire space. International Knife & Saw is moving its production facilities to Florance, SC. The company plans to keep its corporate offices on Minneola Pike, as well as a small warehouse on Cox Avenue in Northern Kentucky. Thomas Hamons of Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty represented the seller. Brian Leonard of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant, Remke Markets.
