KNC Opportunity LLC, c/o the Campbell Family Trust, purchased the office building located at 7670 Opportunity Road in San Diego for approximately $1.895 million. The buyer paid approximately $94 per square foot for the 20,064-square-foot building. The acquisition was an investment move for the trust. The 2-story office building was constructed in 1979 and is located in the heart of Kearny Mesa. The buyer and the seller, 7670 Opportunity Partners LLC, had no outside broker representation.
