Country Isles Plaza Sells for $19.9 Million

The Country Isles Plaza located at the corner of Indian Trace and Weston Road in Weston, FL sold for $19.9 million after receiving 26 written offers, to Little Britain Holdings LLC. The 100%-occupied property of 106,343 square feet grew in value more than 50% since it was acquired 3.5 years ago for $12.6 million. The major tenants that occupy the 5-building property are Publix, Eckerd, Ace Hardware, Ritz Camera and GNC. Beth Azor, president of Terranova, and Stephen Bittel, Capital Market Division chairman, represented the seller, Principal Life Insurance Co.
