Meadow Creek Performance Tire Warehouse leased the 24,715-square-foot industrial building located at 4985 Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO. This new lease is a relocation of only about 400 feet from its previous home, also on Colorado Blvd. Constructed in 1962, the building features three loading docks, one drive-in bay, 20' clear height, and a highly visible location. Meadow Creek will be occupying the building as of December of this year. The building's owner, Douglas Morrison, represented itself in the transaction.
