Marmon Maintains West Loop Lease

International Company Renews 34,612 SF Lease

Marmon Group Inc. signed a long-term lease renewal to continue to occupy 34,612-square feet at 225 West Washington Street in Chicago. The building is a Class-A 471,792 square foot, 28-story office tower located in downtown Chicago’s West Loop. It is jointly owned by San Antonio, TX-based USAA Real Estate Co. and an institutional client advised by New York-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. Other features of the building include bronze tinted double insulated glass, gold leaf balconies, and a copper cathedral building crown. The Marmon Group, a privately held international association of service and manufacturing companies, will continue to use the space to house the company's headquarters. Marmon is part of the Pritzker family holdings and the company has been a tenant in the building since 1988. John Dempsey and Kim Robare of CB Richard Ellis represented to owner. Joe Learner of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the Marmon Group.
