Irvine R&D Facility Sells for $6.6 Million

The investment partnership of Jones Family Trust and Armstrong Holdings purchased the Office/R&D building located at 17101 Armstrong Ave. in Irvine, CA. The 56,015-square-foot, multi-tenant office and R&D building sold for $6.6 million, nearly $118 per square foot. The two-story, concrete tilt-up building was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Mike Meisenbach and Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates represented the seller, The Muller Co. of Laguna Hills. Steve Jehorek of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. One of the buyers was coming out of a 1031 exchange from an apartment building and an office building, both in Orange County.
