2525 Larkin Street LLC purchased the multifamily property located at 2525 Larkin St. in San Francisco, CA for $9 million, or $692,308 per unit with a 3.81% cap rate. Built in 1927, the 6-story, 13-unit trophy building totals 21,823 square feet. The unit mix is comprised of one studio, one 1-bedroom/1-bath, one 1-bedroom/1 1/2-bath, one 2-bedroom/1-bath, eight 2-bedroom/2-baths and one 3-bedroom/2.5-baths. Located in Russian Hill, the property includes new double pane windows with metal grids and offers panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the Marina district. Many of the units have newer kitchens and bathrooms with granite counter tops, wood cabinets and wood/marble/tile floors.
