Specializing in the suburban Maryland marketplace, McGloon brings 15 years of experience to his clients with a focus on enhancing value in every transaction. After 11 years at Smithy Braedon ONCOR International, McGloon spent four years as executive vice president of McDevitt Real Estate in Montgomery County. In addition to his brokerage background, he is a founding partner of Upshire Capital Partners. Southport Properties LLC will continue to build its core business around the office, life science and development disciplines that McGloon has practiced for over 15 years.
