Former Quik-Pak Building Has New Tenant

EI Ceramics, a new Industrial Ceramics start-up company, leased the entire building at 2600 Commerce Blvd. Its headquarters will be the former Quik-Pak building located in Sharonville, OH. The building is a one-story, 40,000-square-foot industrial building that sits on approximately 2.5 acres of land. The 5-year lease is good news for the sagging Ohio Real Estate market and is another example of smaller businesses capitalizing on the buyers market. William Keefer and Chuck Ackerman of Grubb & Ellis|West Shell Commercial represented the landlord. Adam Simon of Everest Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, EI Ceramics.
