Scenery Production Co. Leases 22,000 SF in Orange

Gothic Moon Productions, a company that designs and creates scenery for Disneyland as well as Orange County malls and schools, leased 22,192 square feet at 535 West Palm Ave. in Orange, CA. Gothic Moon Productions originated in 1996 out of CEO Tim Mueller's, garage. Currently it employs 10 people full time, 20 seasonally, and its projects include staging Disney productions, as well as Christmas sets appearing at South Coast Plaza, Main Place and Fashion Island. The 60-month lease has a consideration of $599,184. Greg Velastegui of Voit Commercial represented Gothic Moon. Mike Hefner and Paul Caputo, also with Voit Commercial, represented the landlord, Chapman University.
