Mediacopy, one of the market's larger DVD manufacturers, signed a lease to occupy 52,250 square feet at 3535 Hayden Ave. in Culver City, CA. The property is located in Conjunctive Points, an industrial complex that has been receiving quite a bit of publicity from the architecture community. World-renowned architect Eric Owen Moss designed the buildings of Conjunctive Points. The Conjunctive Points buildings are part of what is commonly known as Hayden Tract, an industrial district of Culver City that has undergone a dramatic facelift. Hayden Tract now serves as Culver City's new forum for art, science and commerce. Total consideration for Mediacopy's five-year lease was valued in excess of $5 million. Mediacopy will use the space as its U.S. headquarters. Tony Balbona of CRESA Partners represented Mediacopy. Ian Strano of First Property Realty Corp. represented the landlord.
