With this newest addition of 16,685 square feet of warehouse space, Spyder will now occupy approximately 50,000 square feet at the 188,300-square-foot facility. Located within the Foothills Business Park, the building features 8 loading docks, 2 drive-in bays, and a central location. Jeff Roemer, R.C. Myles, and Chris Ball of Fuller and Co. represented the landlord, DPC Development Co. Spyder was represented in-house.
