115,572 SF at 5600 Bonhomme Changes Hands

Avnet Inc., a technological engineering and distributing firm, sold an 115,572-square-foot industrial building at 5600 Bonhomme to J. L. Bonhomme LP. Situated on 6.7 acres of land, the manufacturing building features 15 loading docks, 27 drive-in bays, 20-foot ceiling height, and heavy power. Built in 1972, the 1-story building also includes 13,700 square feet of office space. Avnet, headquartered in Phoenix, is one of the world's largest distributors of semiconductors, electromechanical components, computer equipment, and other high-technology systems. Michael J. Taetz and Bill Byrd of Colliers International represented Avnet. Tom Lynch, Billy Gold and Jeff Pittman of CB Commercial represented the buyer.
