KM&MM a distributor of vending products signed a lease for 42,850 square feet of industrial space at 3021-3101 Pinewood Drive in Arlington, TX. The 100,100-square-foot building built in 1977 features 3 grade-level doors, 12 loading docks, rail access and sits on 3-acres of land. Bryan Graham and Brett McMillan of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner in the lease transaction. Dave Anderson also of CB Richard Ellis represented the new tenant KM&MM is the lease transaction. The tenant moved into the building this month.
