Washington Real Estate Holdings Formed

Craig Wrench and Ric Anderson have formed a new real estate investment and management company called Washington Real Estate Holdings LLC. Wrench and Anderson previously worked together in Lowe Enterprises' Seattle office as president and senior vice president, respectively. Wrench is the president and CEO of the new firm. Anderson serves as the executive vice president and COO. "This was a difficult decision," said Wrench, "because Lowe is such a great company. (But) it presents a great opportunity for our team to better control our destiny, as well as pursue a slightly different investment approach. I have no doubt that we will continue to have a strategic relationship with our friends at Lowe."
