Software Reseller Expands Into 15,000 SF in Mount Laurel

BE-C, Inc., of Delaware, also known as Softmart, leased 15,000 square feet of office space for a term of three years at 6000 Commerce Drive in Mt. Laurel NJ. The 54,000-square-foot flex facility will serve as a new regional office for the company, an authorized reseller for such leading software makers as Microsoft, IBM/Lotus, Novell, Adobe and Symantec, as well as for hardware manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Seagate and Intel. The company began as a Philadelphia-area software retailer in 1983 and has evolved into a large corporate and government software/hardware reseller based in Downingtown, PA. Jeanne Armstrong of Liberty Property Trust's Marlton, NJ office represented both sides in the transaction.
