Triple T Buys Industrial Facility

Investment Co. Pays $1M for 530 West 172nd St.

Chicago-based Triple T Investments purchased the 49,105- square-foot Industrial building located at 530 West 172nd Street in South Holland, IL, from Kin Properties of Florida for $1 million. Triple T Investments operates Motive Auto Parts, which has several retail locations in the Chicagoland area. The company will move into the facility in November. The building features an 18' clear ceiling, power service of 800 amps/480 volts. Motive will use the building to run its wholesale operations and a small retail shop. Phil Rosenberg of Epic/Savage represented the seller and Bob Webb of Lagestee Mulder represented Triple T Investments in the transaction.
