Morris Plains, NJ-based Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., acquired Hirschman Realty Cos. and its entities, David Hirschman Realty Co. and C.B. Snyder Realty LLC. John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial, said the acquisition will extend the firm's market area and help diversify its services. As part of the acquisition, Weichert Commercial will open a Bergen County regional office at 205 Robin Road in Paramus, NJ.
