Diligent Corp., a New York-based software as a service company that offers secure electronic production, distribution and collaboration of confidential information for boards, committees and leadership teams, signed a lease to relocate its Washington, D.C.-area offices from 8,000 square feet in Arlington, Virginia, to about 30,000 square feet in the former Blackboard space at 1111 19th St. NW.
