Insurance Underwriter Grows At Westchase Place

US Risk Insurance renewed and expanded its lease at 11200 Richmond Ave. in Houston. Since February 2001, US Risk has occupied 13,395 square feet on the 6th floor and has now added 2,944 square feet for a total of 16,339 square feet of space. US Risk Insurance, based in Dallas, is a leading national underwriting firm with 10 offices in seven states. The company underwrites a large variety of industries, ranging from aviation risks to workers compensation funds. Known as Westchase Place, the 6-story, Class-A office building located in the Westchase West submarket. Built in 1999, the building features state-of-the-art climate control, security, and fire protection systems. John Parsley, senior vice president of Colliers International represented US Risk. Michael Van of Turner Adreac represented his company as the landlord.
