Since February 2001, US Risk has occupied 13,395 square feet on the 6th floor and has now added 2,944 square feet for a total of 16,339 square feet of space. US Risk Insurance, based in Dallas, is a leading national underwriting firm with 10 offices in seven states. The company underwrites a large variety of industries, ranging from aviation risks to workers compensation funds. Known as Westchase Place, the 6-story, Class-A office building located in the Westchase West submarket. Built in 1999, the building features state-of-the-art climate control, security, and fire protection systems. John Parsley, senior vice president of Colliers International represented US Risk. Michael Van of Turner Adreac represented his company as the landlord.
