Suntrust Enters New Horizon

Tenant Leases 17,387 SF

SunTrust Bank leased 17,387 square feet of space at the SunTrust Plaza Garden Offices in downtown Atlanta. The six-story, 650,000-square-foot, Class-A office building was built in the spring of 2000. Now 95% leased, the building has many amenities including banking, a conference facility, on-site management, and a sky-lit atrium. The parking ratio is 1.54 per 1000. SunTrust Bank is one of the country's top banking organizations and provides credit, deposit, and investment services. Headquartered in Atlanta, it operates in various states throughout the Southeast portion of the U.S. Brian Hogg of Portman Management Co. provided representation for the landlord in this direct deal.
