Seurat Steps Up

Management Consulting Firm Inks 23,597 SF Deal

The Seurat Co. agreed to terms on a sublease to occupy 23,597 square feet of office space at 600 W. Fulton in Chicago, IL. The building, located in the West Loop, consists of nine stories and 208,000 square feet. Features of the building include heavy timber ceilings, high-speed elevators, and manned security. Prudential Real Estate and US Equities Realty jointly own the building. Bob Peterson and Dan Maslauski, both senior vice presidents in the Chicago office’s Corporate Services Group, were retained by XOR, Inc. to represent it in its search for space. Seurat merged with XOR mid-deal and kept Staubach as its representative during negotiations. Lisa Davidson of Julien J. Studley represented the sublessor, Lante Corp., which was also acquired mid-deal, by SBI and Co. of Salt Lake City, UT.
