Cap Gemini Leases in U.S. Steel Tower

Consulting Firm Relocates

Cap Gemini Ernst & Young signed a 10,056-square-foot lease in the U.S. Steel Tower for a 5-year term. The lease on the 47th floor commenced this week. Cap Gemini Ernst & Young specializes in management consulting and IT services and is relocating from One Oxford Center. Located at 600 Grant Street in Pittsburgh's CBD, the 2.34 million-square-foot building is now 89 percent leased. Built in 1972, the former USX Tower offers a variety of restaurants, retail shops, a day care facility and access to a T-station. Andrew Wisniewski of CB Richard Ellis in Pittsburgh represented the owners, 600 Grant Street Associates, LP. Rick Strom of Trammell Crow Co. in Cranberry represented the tenant.
