Lumber and Wood Wholesaler Leases 31,200-SF Industrial Bldg

Prime Cut, a wholesaler of lumber and wood, leased the entire 31,200-square-foot industrial building at 645 W 53rd Pl in Denver, CO. The lease was signed for five years. Built in 1974, this cross-dock facility has metal-and-steel construction and sits on a 5.57-acre lot. Building amenities include 66 dock-high doors with levelers, 14-foot clear height, concrete truck pads, yard lights, and sprinklers. Bill Thompson of CB Richard Ellis represented Prime Cut in the deal. Mike Camp and Cody Sheesley, also with CB, represented the landlord, E. Mitchell Hough.
