Clive Mendelow Elected RICS Fellow

Receives Highest Category of Membership

Clive G. Mendelow, vice chairman and COO of Binswanger/CBB, was elected to full Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Based in London, the RICS is one of the world's leading professional bodies addressing all aspects of land, property, construction and the associated environmental issues. Mendelow was identified by the RICS as an Eminent Property Professional and elected to Fellowship in recognition of his exceptional professional standing, knowledge and experience. Eminent Professional is the highest category of RICS membership and a mark of significant professional and personal achievement and is only offered to a select few property professionals around the world. Mendelow was the founding president of Binswanger's Advisory Group, and also served as president of Binswanger Commercial, heading office and commercial sales, leasing and property management activities. Additionally, Mendelow was one of the primary drivers of the formation of Binswanger/CBB, helping to expand the company's global presence by forging partnerships and alliances worldwide.
