Scott Stubblefield was promoted to managing director of the St. Louis CB Richard Ellis office. He comes to St. Louis from CB Richard Ellis in Columbus, OH, where he was first vice president and led the Special Properties Group. Scott Stubblefield was recognized as one of the "Top Five Producers" in 1991, 1993, 1995, 1998, 1999 and 2000. In addition, he was awarded the Columbus Board of Realtors Top Producer of 1999.
