Livingston Lives It Up In Wheeling

Medical Products Manufacturer Buys Building

Livingston Products Inc. acquired a 43,074-square-foot manufacturing facility at 260 Holbrook Drive in suburban Wheeling, IL. Founded in 1987, Livingston Products is a manufacturer of medical products. The company will relocate this summer from 860 Chaddick Drive, also in Wheeling. The building is situated on 2.4 acres and includes 6,900 square feet of office space. Other building amenities include water distribution, a 1,200-square-foot freezer, and 900 square feet of coolers. The asking price for the building was $1.8 million. Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of CB Richard Ellis represented Livingston Products in the purchase. John Gearen of Nicolson, Porter & List represented the seller.
