After April Dip, East Bay Multifamily Rents Rebound in California

After decreasing in April, apartment rents in California's East Bay grew quickly in May and returned to positive territory. The increase coincides with the end of the K-12 school year, a time when students and parents look to solidify living situations before the next academic year begins.
