Lotus Communications purchased the Barham Building, an office building located at 3301 Barham Blvd. in Los Angeles. The building sold for approximately $4.5 million, the asking price. Lotus plans to occupy the second and third floors while leasing out the remainder of the building. The Barham Building is a 4-story, 24,170-square-foot building featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, and covered parking. Michael Malick and Tony Kim of Ramsey-Shilling represented Lotus. Chris Baer and Stella Lee of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Barham Management LLC.
