7920 East Thompson Peak Professional Building LLC purchased the 6,700-square-foot office building at 7920 East Thompson Peak in Scottsdale, AZ. The building was purchased for $1.072 million, or $160 per square foot. The buyer is a partnership between the two tenants, Michael Nunez and Santerre & Vandekrol, a law firm. James Keeley of Colliers International and Jeremy Cohen of Jeremar Corp. represented the seller, Grayhawk 7 LLC. The buyers did not have broker representation.
