The CEO of commercial real estate brokerage Newmark spoke publicly for the first time about his company's proposed acquisition of coworking firm Knotel out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, describing the startup as a "natural fit" that won't conflict with its relationships with landlords and other clients.
