Hardwood Solutions Receives Bond

New Lumber Building On East Industrial Drive

A $2.5 million tax-exempt bond was issued to help finance the expansion of Precision Hardwood Resources, d.b.a. Hardwood Solutions in Chelsea, Washtenaw County. The bonds will be used for financing the construction of an approximately 36,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to be located at 640 East Industrial Drive. Also for the construction of an approximately 2,000-square-foot addition to the existing manufacturing facility located at 680 East Industrial Drive. The bond will also allow the acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment to be located at 640 and 680 East Industrial Drive, in the Chelsea Industrial Park. The project will be owned by TSLH LLC, and leased to Precision Hardwood Resources for the processing of hardwood lumber for the cabinet, molding and millwork industries.
