Community Patrol and Investigations Signs Five-Year Deal

Community Patrol and Investigations, a full service security company, signed a five-year lease at 1605 East 69th Ave. in Denver, CO. The tenant has occupied 18,000 square feet, which represents the entire industrial building, since June 6th, 2002. This unique facility features an adjacent two-acre yard, a portion of which is fenced and paved, 15-foot clear height, radiant tube heating, and three oversized drive-in loading doors. The building is made of metal and brick construction and is fully insulated. It also features heavy power with 1,400 amps, 208 volts and 3,000 square feet of office space. Community Patrol and Investigations will be using this property to store security vehicles, do minor maintenance on the vehicles, and to store other security equipment. Community Patrol and Investigations was represented in-house. Eric Carson and Craig Myles of Fuller and Company represented the landlord.
