Antique Drapery Rods signed a 13,275-square-foot lease for the entire industrial building at 118 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas, TX. The single-story building was constructed in 1953 and is located in the North Trinity Industrial submarket. The building features a clear height of 14 feet, a sprinkler system and a loading dock. Antique Drapery Rods will move into the building July 1, 2002. Sid Hoover of Sid Hoover Industrial Realty represented the landlord in the deal. Floyd Bates of Bates & Myers Co. represented the tenant.
