DTZ Investors, acting on behalf of a client fund understood to be the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, has bought the freehold interest in a four-unit mid-box industrial estate on Pegasus Road, Croydon for £23.75 million, representing a net initial yield of 4.35%.
