Nu-Parts Automotive Products Inc. leased the 20,139-square-foot industrial building located at 1930 West 3rd St. in Tempe, AZ. The company signed a seven-year deal and will move into the building in November, upon completion of tenant improvements. The tenant will utilize the space for the warehousing and distribution of auto parts. The building features both truck well and grade-level loading, heavy power, private offices, and an evaporated cooled warehouse. John Soldo and Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties Inc. represented the tenant and the landlord, Jerrold D. Monkarsh, in the transaction.
