Unique Blister Co. purchased the 22,587-square-foot building located at 1296 Humbracht Circle in west suburban Bartlett, IL. Unique Blister Co., a company specializing in plastic packing materials, is relocating its U.S. corporate headquarters. The new building provides the company with 400 amps of power, 480 volts, and 20' ceilings. The space, a two-tenant building located in Brewster Creek Business Park, features two docks and drive-in doors. Unique Blister will occupy half of the space and is working with Grubb & Ellis to market the other half. The business park is a 670-acre park being developed by Triumph Development and is located near I-90 and the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway in northern DuPage County. Juanita Soong, vice president with Grubb & Ellis, represented Unique Blister Co. in this build-to-suit project. Brian Carroll and Terry O'Hara, both senior vice presidents with Grubb & Ellis, represented Triumph Development.
