Located at the dual addresses of 5102-5116 Azusa Canyon Road and 15554-15564 Arrow Highway, the building is an 118,011-square-foot multi-tenant industrial park that is currently fully leased. The project has eight drive-in bays, power ranging from 200-400 amps, and clear heights ranging from 15' to 24'.
