TGC bought the 40-unit property from Bomel Management, care of Robert Rechnitz, for a final sale price of $3.35 million or $83,750 per unit. TGC primarily concentrates on pursuing under-performing apartment properties that need minor improvements to complete rehabilitations. The buyer is an architect with an interest in restoring historic properties. The seller will completely restore the lobby to its original glory, and will feature historic black and white Hollywood art photographs on the walls.
