Shopping Center Sold for $25.5 Million

Crow Holdings Real Estate Fund purchased an 111,191-square-foot shopping center in Bedminster, NJ from The Tandem Fund, a closed-end pension fund. The purchase price was $25.5 million, approximately $229 per square foot. Known as The Village at Bedminster, the shopping center is fully leased to major tenants including Kings, CVS, PNC Bank, Peapack-Gladstone Bank and McDonald's. The property sits at the intersection of Interstates 78 and 287 on Routes 202 and 206. Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Area Financial Services Group represented the seller and procured the buyer.
