Anthem Properties Group Ltd. announced plans to develop the 95-acre site formerly used as a welded steel pipe manufacturing facility it acquired at the corner of Barlow Trail SE and Glenmore Trail SE in the Foothills industrial node of southeast Calgary. The Vancouver-based firm is planning to develop the site into a multi-phase business park catering to small- to medium-format occupiers, along with ancillary retail components.
