Commerce Bank North acquired 185 South Livingston in Livingston, NJ from Weight Watchers of North Jersey Inc. for $1.9 million, nearly $150,000 more than the listed asking price. According to the seller representative, Arnold Barron of Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc., "This may well have established $2 million as a benchmark for an acre of land in the central business district of Livingston."
