On August 21st, Hamilton County purchased the Hartford Building located at 630 Main St. in Cincinnati from CFC Investments for $3.7 million, or $56.92 per square foot. The Hamilton County Government offices will now fill this entire four-story, 65,000-square-foot building, formerly occupied by Procter & Gamble. The purchase of this office building facilitates the consolidation of all the different Hamilton County offices under one roof. William A.
