Downtown Building Sells for $3.7 Million

On August 21st, Hamilton County purchased the Hartford Building located at 630 Main St. in Cincinnati from CFC Investments for $3.7 million, or $56.92 per square foot. The Hamilton County Government offices will now fill this entire four-story, 65,000-square-foot building, formerly occupied by Procter & Gamble. The purchase of this office building facilitates the consolidation of all the different Hamilton County offices under one roof. William A. Schneller of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, CFC Investments. Hamilton County represented itself.
