The U.S. Postal Service leased 221,300 square feet of space at 24 Englehard Drive in Jamesburg, NJ. This space is to be used temporarily for the Hamilton Post Office, which is undergoing clean-up operations and renovations. None of the equipment will be transferred to this location. The space will be outfitted with state-of-the-art mail sorting equipment to handle the mail from the 086 and 085 zip codes. The U.S. Postal Service is scheduled to move into the facility in October. The building is a 528,441-square-foot industrial facility featuring 70 loading docks, three drive-ins, 32' ceilings and heavy power capabilities. PETCO leased the balance of the space, totaling approximately 307,000 square feet, earlier this year. James Murray represented the landlord, Matrix Development Group, in-house.
