Competitive Enterprise Institute leased 8,971 square feet on the 12th floor at 1001 Connecticut Ave. NW in Washington, D.C. The property is a 12-story 155,214-square-foot office building located in the heart of the CBD. The Competitive Enterprise Institute is a non-profit public policy organization dedicated to the principles of free enterprise and limited government. Since its founding in 1984, Competitive Enterprise Institute has grown into a $3 million institution with a team of nearly 40 policy experts and other staff. Andrew Interdonato and Pete Larson of Advantis represented the tenant. Gary Schlager & Josh Cramer of West, Lane & Schlager represented the landlord, 1001 Connecticut LLC.
