Austin-based Sunset Direct Inc. renewed its lease at the Atrium Office Centre in Northwest Austin. Sunset's previous lease covered 46,860 square feet of space. Sunset Direct provides sales and marketing products, as well as services for such clients as Cisco Systems Inc., Microsoft, Sony, and Sprint. The Atrium building at 8701 Mopac Expressway North is a 107,000-square-foot, 4-story brick building with atriums throughout. Eddy Bauman of BlueStone Partners negotiated for Sunset Direct. Sam Houston of Hill Partners Inc. represented his company as the landlord.
