Cushman & Wakefield promoted Paul Amrich to director of Brokerage Services. He was previously an associate director with the company. Based in the firm’s Midtown office, Amrich specializes in tenant and landlord representation. He has leased more than five million square feet of commercial property in Midtown Manhattan since joining the firm in 1995. Some of his most recent accomplishments include handling 375,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of AXA Financial, Continental Plaza, Hyundai Securities, J.P. Morgan Chase and Northwater Capital.
