Buck Consultants Leases 28,500 SF In San Francisco

Buck Consultants leased the entire 34th floor comprising of 28,500 square feet of shell office space in the First Market Tower located at 525 Market St. in San Francisco, CA. Buck Consultants, a subsidiary of Mellon Financial Corp. and a global leader in human resources consulting, specializing in the strategy, process, systems, and finance of human resources, signed an 8-year deal and will occupy the space in December 2002. Originally constructed in 1973, First Market Tower is a 39-story, 1.083 million-square-foot, Class-A office building located in San Francisco's South Financial District. J.C. Pelusi of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA represented the tenant. Kenneth Church and Richard Robinson of Cushman & Wakefield of California in San Francisco represented the landlord, Knickerbocker Properties Inc. XXXIII.
