Keystone Property Trust sold its buildings at 1 and 2 Tabas Lane in Exton, PA as a package sale to Baker Properties. Keystone sold the fully leased, Chester County properties for a total price of $11.4 million, roughly $39 per square foot. Located at 1 Tabas Lane is a 1-story 150,000-square-foot industrial building built in 1973. It features seven loading docks, 21’ ceiling heights and is currently leased to Alstrip Corp. The building at 2 Tabas lane is also a 1-story industrial building, consisting of 140,000 square feet. International Envelope currently occupies it. Chester County currently has an industrial vacancy rate of less than 5%.
